Just thought I would let other Users know that I messaged DEAR and said the following.
Better Communication on the Forums by Dear staff. Explaining the likelihood of comment getting traction or ask probing questions to gain a better idea of what is needed. Keep in mind some Users do not use this platform and there for the numbers used to gauge interest well be skewed. A better UX engagement process is needed. Some people don’t comment and just put up with situation until they get sick of it and then leave. Showing “indifference” is the #1 reason Customers leave
