Lot Expiry Report Improvement

I'd like to get a weekly report of what will be expiring in the next 90 days each week. It seems as though the Lot Expiry report only works off of a fixed date, could you tell me how to set up this report to look at expiring in next 30, 60, 90, 120, 180 days in the future.
