Automatically apply discounts to quotes

When preparing quotes, the user must manually select "apply discount", despite discounts being automatically applied at invoice level when this option is selected in general settings. This introduces the potential for user error in not applying discounts at the quoting stage. I request to have the option to automatically apply discounts when preparing quotes.
