Additional features to help manage Annuity: License and Subscription sales

Hi Guys, while our core business is sales of physical product, there is a strong and growing element relating to the product's software for Licensing; Software Upgrade & Assurance Plans, plus Subscription based sales for SaaS. Rather than sourcing a separate system dedicated to manage this annuity/Monthly Recurring Revenue business (eg: I'd prefer to control this via Dear – along side the management of our physical inventory. Dear already has some features that can help with this; eg: recurring tasks, but would be great to build on this and incorporate additional features to manage this type of non-physical, recurring sales, especially around contract validity periods and renewals.
