Use calculated 'Available Quantity' for products that have additional units of measure.

Many of our products are ordered in large quantities, 50lb bags, totes, 35lb Jibs, etc, but are used in smaller units, ie lbs, ounces and grams.  Unfortunately we cannot set reorder quantity on the actual unit of order without disabling the automatic conversion of the usable quantities.  The reorder calculation uses the On Hand - Allocated figure to determine the reorder point, but this doesn't work in the use case above.  For these products it would be preferable to use the calculated 'Available Quantity'.
