Email customer statements

With the invoice e-mailing option I was able to select to To address and to cc my own e-mail. Furthermore I was able to insert manually the subject as well as a text message. Now when e-mailing customer statements I was expecting the same options however it seems the system just emailed the statement without me being able to customize the text or to cc my own address. Please advise. It would be nice to have more control on the e-mail option on customer statements. Please also show me where I can see the audit rial of e-mails sent on statements.

I agree. I find it extremely time consuming to save each individual statement and having to email them manually from Outlook to ensure I can personalise the email to the customer.
100% Agree. This is sensitive information so there should be greater control over who they are sent to, and what is said in the email. You can ruin a good customer relationship if you get this wrong.
