WooCommerce integration - order item meta data

When an order contains an order item with a product add-on set on it, this information doesn't appear in DEAR (before we used DEAR, this information would appear in ShipStation). This information tells us whether we have to make changes to a product prior to shipment. My understanding is that the Product Add-On plugin adds meta data to an order item. Would it be possible for this meta data to appear in DEAR, perhaps in the order items Comment field? For example, in WooCommerce this data is displayed against an order item as "Wind this skein to a spool ($12.00):"  Or is there another way we can see order item meta data?
