Putting a link under the login button or next to “forgot password?” (or wherever suitable) to redirect them to another page (embedded link)

We just set up our B2B portal and since the portal is only available to those who has already an account with us (hence B2B), any interests other than our accounts (leads) will not be able to login.

Is it possible to put a link under the login button or next to “forgot password?” (or wherever suitable) to redirect them to another page (embedded link)? 

*we do have a page already for them to register their interest so we just need to direct them to that page. 

I know that we can utilise the portal content pages to guide them how to make an account but having a direct link from the login page will make it easier and obvious for them. 

This seems like a request for a B2C platform but it would be great if we can have this functionality in this B2B portal.
