Be able to stop sales from one Shopify site going to Xero, if there are multiple Shopify sites connected to DEAR - Azmara Imbram

We have connected 2 shopify sites and this DEAR file is connected to Xero as well.

The Shopify sales Invoices  from one site  will be uploaded to Xero through A2X. So we need to stop DEAR from exporting any sales from this shopify site to Xero. Is that possible? But we still need to export sales from the other shopify site to Xero from DEAR.
