Hello,

A couple of things that would help us with the DEAR system

  • would be great if when creating an new order for a customer who has an unfulfilled order already in the system that we are notified so we can either merge the orders or add to the existing one
  • the option to put an order 'ON HOLD' so it stands out clearly in the status column on the sales screen

A couple of things that would help us on the B2B portal:

  • in the shopping cart show the SKU as well as the product name
  • have the date on when products will be restocked form the purchase order
  • if 'allow guest access' in enabled have the option to hide the price and quantity until logged in
  • have the option to hide the discount tab and change the wording that it shows
  • have the option to move the 'upload CSV file' to the top of the quick order page as it gets lost at the bottom of the page under all the products
  • the ability to run a B2B portal report to show the zero quantity products and have a button to delist them if required

    >>  You could try using a Sales Quote and/or leave the SO in Draft status while it's on hold. Depending on your internal processes, it shouldnt get processed to the next stage until it is converted to SO and Authorised.

  • Thought of that thanks Daniel but need the stock allocated to that order.

  • Another B2B request - with family products on the portal have the option of either Matrix or List, there is no need for both. 

  • DEAR system feature request - On a customer card file in the activity log section allow the ability to manually leave notes about a recent interaction for other users in the organisation to be up to date.
