Add customer and customer ref on 'sales backorder report'

Please could DEAR add 'customer' and 'customer ref'. on the 'sales backorder report' so that it's easy to identify which customers are waiting for stock and also which order they are waiting for delivery on. At the moment it only shows the DEAR sales order ref so we have to look it up so find the customer and the customer order ref.
