Closing an Advanced Purchase

I want to close an Advanced Purchase

Order = $6540

Invoice = $6727.13 ($6387.13 order + $340 landed costs)

Fully paid and I marked as Received but status says partially billed (to invoice $152.87). From my point of view, the order is done.

I was advised by DEAR support to edit the order to match the invoice. For control purposes, I'd rather not change the PO once it is sent out to supplier. 

Can DEAR add a feature to close/complete the Purchase at the end, without amending the order to match invoice?
