INTEGRATION WITH QUICKBOOKS TO DEAR INVENTORY CUSTOMER STATEMENT DIFFERENCE

We notice that the integration process between Quickbooks and DEAR Inventory does not always match customer statements - this means that we cannot rely on giving accurate customer statements from DEAR and we now must use Quickbooks for this purpose.. We have noticed that changes made in Quickbooks after syncing already with DEAR will not come across back into DEAR ie undoing a payment in Quickbooks will not transfer back into DEAR - hence causing a difference between them for customer statements.
