Implement Due date on each line item of a PO
Can DEAR implement Due dates on each line item of a purchase order?
We have a lot of difficulty caused by our large stock orders to suppliers that might have 100 to 150 line items on it.
Very often not all items are shipped at once and there is no way to assign due dates for the individual line items in a PO.
This means we have to control this out side of the system which we believe is a clunky unnecessary step which only causes complexity and ambiguity across the company. Can we have this changed so that we can assign individual line items with a due date.
I dont think any of the feature requests i have been inolved in have ever had a solution provided.
Really disapointed at the lack of interest in the feature reqests from dear. We are really lacking basic features which make day to day business more difficult.
Agreed ! How can a specialist inventory management system not have the ability to record the expected arrival of different inventory items on a Purchase Order?
Totally agree. It is very annoying and adds more work for us to not have this capability.

We absolutely could use this feature. It is a huge pain point not being able to specify various delivery dates for 1 PO with several line items.
Please advise if this is something DEAR is working on and when we should expect it.
I really agree with this point by Daniel Millot "When placing a PO, the 'Required By' date will remain the same, even if items won't be supplied by that date.. So the PO header will have 'Required By' date, and each supplier fulfilment will have 'ETA date' , which is updated upon supplier's confirmation ETA, rather than editing the Required by date."
We need this. Feels like a basic feature to have for a PO interface.
This is an important feature missing from Dear and with so many comments starting from 3 years ago, I wonder why this has not been implemented!!

Yes, would be good to get an update on this. So many items on our POs don't all arrive at the same time and we know this well in advance of receiving the first batch of goods.
