Shopify Ship To: Contact Logic
Further to this request - https://support.dearsystems.com/support/discussions/topics/1000042625/page/3?url_locale= - and update to allow Ship To Contact and Ship To Company, there's a logic break in the eCommerce Integration. Example, if customer A orders a product and wants to ship to customer B (as a gift), then currently this information (customer B) goes into the Contact field in DEAR. This doesn't send through to shipping integrations and similar, so it shows to dispatch the goods to customer A, with customer B's address. This is a particular problem when the goods needs a signature on receipt too.
