Better permission controls over reports and other important data

Hello,

Currently Dear can only do the permissions/users/roles on very general ways.

For example, we would only like to give permission on selected reports only instead of ALL reports under "sales reports"

We are trading company, and we have several people working on our systems, and we definitely do not want "everyone" in with sales reports permissions be able to see sales profits reports. or sales rep profitability reports. these reports for management and mangers, not for sales exec.

Also on certain screens, there is "purchase cost" information available when "prices info" permissions is given. then again, we only want our sales exec to see price list only excluding purchase cost etc...
