B2B needs an adandon Cart feature

I'd like to request an abandoned cart email to be set up to be sent each week to any of our wholesale customers  who have stock in their cart and have not yet submitted the order. I know from speaking with my customers they often get half way through an order and get distracted "oh, yes I have an order sitting in my cart for you!"

If they received an email reminder that they have stock on the cart then there is more chance we will get that order form them, very important.

I am sure many others would find this feature useful.
