Help! Need someone at Dear who actually knows the program.

Can we get some help with implementation. We speak to support on the phone but each and every person that we speak to has no idea how to do anything more than the basics. The support of this product is terrible and we need someone from dear to help. The sales was great, but now that we are actually trying to go live, its tough. 


Does anyone here have a direct contact to someone actually knowledgeable about this product?
