Dear Customer Service - Forums

We are new to dear. I'm seeing many topics with Zero responses. Can Dear please help answer or even acknowledge these topic requests? Give me that warm and fuzzy feeling that we chose the right software company. 


To other members, lets give this some upvotes.


Dear just needs to dedicate a person to spend 30 minutes a day on the forums.

    Hasn't for the last 4 years unfortunately...


    Every time i've complained to support, they always say to post suggestions in these forums, but then they never even look or comment in the forums (or at least that is the vibe they put out...)




  • Would like to request if there's a way to remove the payment function to a customer without removing the Invoicing and credit note function.


    Hope they'll read this and will give solution.
