Dear is one step away from solving our issues of needing so many additional systems, but the biggest feature that is missing is the true ability for notes on each customer. Introducing logs for customer files helps since you can see each time the notes field updates, but this is new and still the only way to keep track of previous notes or distinguish who wrote the note. 

Customer profiles need to be able to keep track of pertinent information (which is what notes is currently for) but also have something like little sticky notes with the date and user to keep everyone in the organization aware of the customer's situation.
