    It's currently not possible to update the sync time. Orders come through automatically at the top of the hour. 


    You can manually process the orders to come into DEAR by going to the DEAR Integration settings > Shopify > select your Shopify store > Pending Orders > Process.

    I hope that helps. I hope they will be able to improve the sync timing soon too.
