Reply to address for notifications

Already had some confusion from customers / 3PL where the reply to address for any outbound notification emails is set as dear systems. If they try and reply to the notification it of course doesn't go anywhere.


Is there a way to set the reply to address and also ensure that you are complying with the latest email security and spam policies.

  • I agree there need to be a reply to address for notification as customers do reply to these emails and currently the replies go nowhere not even a bounce back so they think their mail has gone through which infact it has not and leaves us looking bad for not replying but infact we havn't got the email. A workaround link reply to in the email is not ideal! Please add this feature DEAR!!
