Hiding Unused Document Templates from Print/Email button List

To enhance simplicity among Print & Email button functions in various Purchase/Sale/Inventory/Production tasks, we need the ability to hide unused document templates from the Print & Email button dropdown lists.

I would imagine that you could add a Show/Hide slider option on each Document Template to allow this.

  • Agreed.

    There is no need to show unwanted print options. 

    Wastes time and confuses staff. 

    We only use half of these documents.

  • For the time being we add 0, 1, 2, 3 to beginning of the used templates name (image). 0 for Quotes, 1 for SO, 2 for DOs, and 3 for Invoices.

  • Agreed, I want so much to delete the matrix invoices that always show by default and we don't need them.
