Implemented Bulk Delete Product Families
Hi,
I just started a trial and the automatic product upload from Shopify to Dear didn't work that well for us. So I deprecated all products and deleted them but noticed all the Product Families DO NOT get deleted.
I was told if I reupload the same products, they will NOT automatically be re-assigned to the existing product family and it will create a new product family with a similar name.
This is stupid. So I want to now delete the old existing product families. The only way to do that, is by deleting them One-by-One....I have over 600 product families to delete. I can't spend my time doing it manually. And I can't spend my time manually linking them in the CSV file either.
Bulk delete product families. Shouldn't be hard since you can already delete them one by one. Especially since there is no product sku connected with these families anymore, it shouldn't be too difficult.
I have a similar issue and simply need to bulk delete product families that came from Shopify and keep the ones I created when uploading a complete inventory list using the Dear CSV template. 25 days and no answer? That's disappointing.
