Add Default Carrier field to the Sale Order Window

It sure would be great if when taking an order, we can see what the customer's default carrier of choice is, and change it on a per order basis.

Currently there is no way to view this when taking an order; it is only visible in the Customer window. And if, while processing an order, the customer decides on a different shipping method than their default, their default method continues to port over to external integrations (ShipStation, for instance), causing confusion in the shipping dept.
