  • Dear dear,

What is the point of the B2B portal?

    > it is the year 2019
    > invests in b2b platform
    > there is no multiple image support

    > no ability to make sub menus
    > been requested since the dawn of time

Do I have to put that in every review site until you manage to actually make b2b useful?

    oh dear
    please explain

  • It would be great if the B2B portal could go straight to homepage with the customer classed as a 'guest' until they login.

Currently with the customer being presented with a login screen rather than the homepage when they first visit I feel the vast majority of new customers visiting our website would just close the page and go elsewhere?

Can this be done by changing the URL which we direct to or does there need to be an additional setting implemented?

    Thanks

  • Hi team, loving the update for multiple product images on the B2B portal, with zoom function — well done. Some feedback requiring attention, the zoom function doesn’t display properly on iOS; please see that attached iPhone screen capture, Thanks, Ross
  • CONCEPT: B2B PRODUCT ONLY LISTED WHEN CUSTOMER HAS TAG — CUSTOMER EXCLUSIVE PRODUCT

The ability to display a product only to a customer with a tag would be really useful,

Currently, the only way I can conceive to do this is to have two B2B Portals running simultaneously with the exclusive product on one B2B and not the other.

  • Love this idea! We have products that are available only to certain territories. This would solve it

  • It would be great to be able to see a log of customers who had logged in to the B2B site and to be able to see what was added to cart.

Would really help with follow up and locking in the sale.  Kind of like a abandoned chart in B2C commerce

  •  Hi guys

    A handful of requests:

    (1) Can we get a column for Payment Method on the All Sales Screen

    (2) Can Sales Orders received through the B2B Portal automatically ordered by SKU rather than alphabetically?

    (3) Can the Export of Customers from the All Customers screen be limited to selected customers, rather than every customer every time?

    (4) Can the search function on the All Customer screen be improved so that we can search by multiple by parameters (keywords, tags etc.) For example wholesale Victoria

    (5) Can records on the Sales, Customers and Products screen be navigated through forward and back arrows, rather than having to return to the All Sales, Customers or Products screens?

Appreciate your consideration and continued improvement.

    James

  • One issue we've noticed with the B2B portal is that customer credits are not able to be applied when the customer is checking out. This leaves customers that have a credit available having to call or email us an order for the credit to be applied. We believe that the portal should have the option to allow customers to apply a credit to their order in the portal before they pay via the Stripe module.

We run 6 different B2B portals so we can segment the product range access to different market segments.

But it's a nightmare to keep up to date!

It would be great if you could restrict/select the catalogue of brands/categories on a per customer level within the same portal... similar to how customer-specific pricing works.

(I can imagine this would be a complex configuration which wouldn't be specific to B2B portal, but the complete Dear structure)

  • Hello, Can we please have a way to allow/disallow back orders on a product level? Also, to customise the "Out of Stock" message? The "Coming Soon" idea is good in theory, but because the items which I want to mark as "Coming Soon" are assemblies, they display as "out of Stock" rather than "Coming Soon".

  • The customer comments when making an order through the B2B Portal need to be moved to the Order Memo field from the Notes field in the header.

As the header is collapsed by default staff are missing these comments which are important to see. The order memo is also printed on the packing slip which is very handy.

  • It would be extremely useful for our business if we could customize the order in which product pictures appeared. Currently, there is no rhyme or reason It doesn't seem dependent on the file upload order, or the file name, so there's no way for me to set things up in the product profile such that images display in a certain order.

The visual story of our products is important, as is visual consistency across similar products. We'd really like to be able to set a specific order for imagery!

  • Hello,

A couple of things that would help us on the B2B portal:

    • in the shopping cart show the SKU as well as the product name
    • have the date on when products will be restocked form the purchase order
    • if 'allow guest access' in enabled have the option to hide the price and quantity until logged in
    • have the option to hide the discount tab and change the wording that it shows
    • have the option to move the 'upload CSV file' to the top of the quick order page as it gets lost at the bottom of the page under all the products
    • the ability to run a B2B portal report to show the zero quantity products and have a button to delist them if required

  • The 'Invitations' list in the B2B settings has no means to distinguish wholesale customers from retail customers. Therefore, it is impossible to decide in this window who should receive an invitation and who should not. We don't want to be sending wholesale portal invitations to retail customers. If you added a 'filter by price tier' function, we could find only those customers who are wholesale customers, and this layout would be much more functional. What say you?

  • Jeff, You can add unlimited “attributes”. Just use “wholesale“ as one of them and assign all your wholesale customers the wholesale attribute.
