Customer specific pricing

I am new to Dear and notice that there is more emphasis and sense in setting up supplier prices i.e fixed prices and last price - than setting up customer specific prices!

1) It would really useful to be able to set up a customer price rule within the item setup rather than reference books or at least within Customer setup have a list of items that that client gets a special deal on

e.g. 

The benefit of this is that you have all item price info at hand when negotiating  eg. ave cost and tier prices 

you should also have the option of either setting a customer specific price here or a customer tag related price

2) The whole point of these ERP systems is to eliminate -as far as possible - the human error element - Please allow the choice of discounts kicking in automatically as opposed to having to click "apply discount"
