Add Line Item Number to PO and SO Entry

It would be great to have a line item number on a PO or SO lines so that for longer PO lists it's easier to reference which item is which within the office.

See attached image for example. Shouldn't be any coding or similar required just a text field that adds up 1, 2, 3 etc. on each line.
