Assigning Job's to an Asset account rather than Expense account

It would be really useful if we could assign Job's job to an asset account (such as work in progress account) and for the Jobs function to work properly.

At present although can you assign a job to an asset account, you are unable to post 'other costs' to it because it will not allow costs to post to an asset account.
