I'm reaching out to ask if anyone has experienced issues with Handshake and DEAR syncing?
In the past 2 years we've experienced problems with the two not talking to each other
1) Orders are not loading into DEAR
2) stock levels are not updating in Handshake
3) products are unable to be loaded into Handshake
We have on numerous occasions contacted both DEAR and Handshake, with neither seeming to be able to get to the bottom of it, and ultimately passing the buck between one another.
Meanwhile, we have to wait 7-14 days for the problem to resolve itself, which causes significant disruptions to the day to day running of our business.
If you've had this issue and have managed to resolve it, I'd love to hear from you, as it's the second time in 5 weeks.
