Add Customer Name option to email template subject

Request to add new field  to email templates that allow you to pull in the customer name rather than just the contact name. 

This would be very help  as it would allow the  sending  out emails from DEAR system  that shows "INV-0123456 - CUSTOMERS TRADING NAME)" in the email subject.
