Bulk import shipping carrier and tracking numbers

It would be great if there was a way to bulk import tracking numbers to allow CSV file integration with shipping solutions other than those directly integrated with DEAR (i.e., ShipStation).
For example, I have worked with people that use UPS WorldShip and would be willing to use CSV files to make the integration work, but currently, there is no way to bulk uploaded carrier and tracking numbers.

Yes this would also be helpful as we sent with other carries that don't link with ShipStation.
