I logged on this morning to see that DEAR is planning maintenance later today.
Nice to see that DEAR has decided to notify users of planned maintenance in advance.
A link to a "what time is that where I live" would have been even better.
Lets hope that this kind of user focussed approach will become more prevalent at DEAR and permeate all aspects of the platform.
As a small business user I'd really like to see DEAR continue to work on it's user experience.
