Upgrade Vend & Shopify POS integrations (and other future retail POS integrations)

Retail stores typical workflow is to close business and then batch sales across from the POS to DEARSystems. 


However, I suggest to upgrade the integration so that the method of payment for these batch sales (cash, Visa/Master, AE, Octopus etc) can be applied and then synchronised down to Xero to the relevant bank/clearing/control account.


The assumption would be that all payments have actually been received/authorised on that day and that the total daily batch sale would be completely paid off (this can be reconciled back to the Z report).


I can't think of a situation in a retail store transaction where payment would be delayed or after the store was closed - happy to run through different scenarios that could break the workflow.
