This seems trivial, but it is presumable an easy change that would improve my experience with Support.
Right now, all replies from Dear on these forums and on support tickets just say "Dear Support". I would actually like to know who I am talking to and if a ticket has been shuffled between multiple support reps. As it is, the system is very impersonal and I cannot tell who is on the other end.
You could still easily identify who is speaking for Dear by making their user name "Bob Carter, Dear L1 Support" or "Alice Johnson, Dear Support Manager".
This has been implemented now.
